- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish I could give this bank a one star. Among a range of other things, they continue to charge my account $29 maintenance fee after I close the account due to multiple bad experiences. Worst banking experience ever. And the manager Rouna (not sure if that's the correct spelling) does not care about the satisfaction of her customers.
