  Had scheduled an appointment with a nice lady over the phone, asked me the basic questions (floor level, size, pets..) showed up to the appointment and the lady at the front desk acted suprised like I wasnt on the schedule. Now I gave the lady over the phone plenty of info about what I was looking for, came to find out that while at my appointment with this suprised harsh lady that I cant get the floor level I want because my dog is over 35lbs. "That if your dog is over 35lbs you have to be on the bottom floor." In which I'm not interested in and already told the lady on the phone! Why wasnt I told this before I scheduled an appointment?? Poor communication and a waste of my time!

  I had a decent experience here up until my last few months. A new management company took over, raised my rent over $200, refused to negotiate or work with me on it. Took 3 weeks to have someone come fix something small. They say my unit is partially renovated, half my outlets don't work, the stove is ancient, the cabinets in the kitchen have a piece of ply wood as the bottom, black mold, and water damaged walls. This place is a JOKE.
