- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have an LnI claim that the hospital sent to them. For a little under a year I have done everything in my power to keep things moving to get the LnI payment for Cascade Hospital in Arlington WA. I have always updated Audit and Adjustment when they have called or when I knew something. They have met with only rude and unhelpful demanding I start paying a dill that is changing price EVERY time they call! Today i final talked to LNI and was advised to no longer speak with them.
