  Very bad experience. They rushed us to close and sign on a day my wife was out of town, after we told them she would be unavailable to sign on that day but could the next day. No reason for the rush given. They said they would set up a remote signing but did not tell us they would charge us $350 for the service. After we saw the cost they lowered it to $125. We paid double the normal escrow fee ($1043.10 for both buyer and seller so $2086 total for " concierge" service. Now I have had to close out the utilities myself and pay the final costs. This is after they withhold $1000 at closing and said they would take care of it. Find another escrow company!! They charge double and provide half the service.
